The mandible condyles are often target to anatomical variations. However, there are a great number of causes, such as age, gender, ethnicity, facial type, occlusal force, functional load, and malocclusion. Furthermore, they may present symptoms or not, and they can be even caused by intraarticular fractures, due to bone remodeling. We report an uncommon bilateral fusion between neck and mandibular condyle. This anatomical curiosity should be kept in mind by clinicians and academics that may manipulate this anatomical area.
